Jon Roberts serves as the Lead Engineer on publishing Pivotal Data Suite for US Based Cloud Marketplaces. He previously held roles as a Data Engineer in R&D and in Pivotal Data Engineering. Mr. Roberts has created several open source projects including TPC-DS and TPC-H benchmarking automation scripts for testing Greenplum database, GPLink for connecting to JDBC sources in Greenplum with External Tables, and Outsourcer which automates data movement between Oracle and SQL Server databases to Greenplum. Mr. Roberts is an active blogger on his website http://www.PivotalGuru.com which focuses on Pivotal Greenplum. And prior to joining Pivotal in 2010, he was one of the first customers using Greenplum dating back to 2007.
