Sybase and SQL Server have the same heritage and both use the Transact-SQL language for stored procedures and triggers. The open source pgTSQL extension adds Sybase and SQL Server compatibility to PostgreSQL to speed migration projects. The pgTSQL extensions includes: - The Transact-SQL procedural language - The sys catalog views - Compatible built-in functions In this talk, you will learn how to migrate a database to PostgreSQL using the pgTSQL extension.
